What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer nationwide shipping to all Canadian residents with Canada Post. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. Tracking information will be relayed to the customer as soon as the order ships from our location. Certain products may be subject to limitations when crossing the border into the United States, please contact us for international shipping.

Can I pick-up my order in person?

Looking to save on shipping costs, or too excited to wait for your order? No problem! Give us a call 7 days a week to arrange local pick-up at our warehouse location on Harwood Ave. Ajax, ON. A representative would be happy to assist between 9am - 5pm @ (289)423-9181

Can Tree of Life Cannabis help me get my grow started?

Absolutely! At Tree of Life Cannabis we realize not everyone is an expert grower. That's why we offer home installation of your grow room or tent and constant customer support to make sure your setup is successful. Our knowledgeable staff are all growers, so you can be sure you're getting the perfect setup and the right information.

Returns Policy

Tree of Life Cannabis is happy to support our customers by offering a 30 day return policy on unopened products with proof of purchase. Product must be in unused condition, sealed in original packaging and in original condition. Please contact a representative for additional information and product restrictions in the event a return needs to be made.

How can I pay for my order?

Tree of Life Cannabis is proud to accept all major payment providers such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept electronic E-transfer, however please contact a representative in the event payment needs to be processed via electronic transfer or wire transfer.
